Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities Continue to build out and manage Zipline's recruiting processes with an emphasis on scalability while maintaining our extremely high bar. Partner with leadership across the organization to build and drive metrics-driven, effective recruitment programs. Build and scale a data-driven, world class recruiting team, supporting Zipline's hiring needs across the world. Qualifications Previous experience managing recruiting at a fast-growing startup. 4+ years experience recruiting and leading talent teams. Be elite at closing candidates. Proven track record of creating and implementing talent acquisition strategy for high performing team while maintaining culture and promoting diversity. Expertise in tracking recruiting metrics to create data-driven strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills. Desire to work on a small team and be very hands on.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
